Being a PhD student of Food Biotechnology at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, I have a B.S. in Food Science and Technology and a M.S. in Food Biotechnology at Isfahan University of Technology, Iran. I am interested in expanding on my researches in the field of Cross Protection in Probiotics, Functional Foods and Food omics.
